We are a group of individuals from varied backgrounds. We come together with a shared belief that people with disabilities have the right to be in control of their own lives. We currently work alongside people who live all across WA – from Albany to Perth to Port Hedland and everywhere in between. Our long-term plan is to employ staff in other states and territories – but right now, we are focussed on supporting the WA community.
Teamwork is hugely important in Plan Navigators. We come together to support each other through good times and less good times. How we support each other makes a difference. We don’t pretend to be perfect but we are 100% committed to the people we work alongside.
We are not your typical disability service provider. We meet people where they are and everything we do is based on developing a foundational relationship of trust.
We are simply a collection of people helping other people – one person at a time. We are not just an NDIS service provider, plan manager or a financial intermediary service. We want to do whatever it takes to help people with disability and their families take an increased level of control of their lives.
Working for this organisation is more than just a job for us. Our hope is that by enabling people to make informed choices that they will be able to make the NDIS system work for them.
